8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

GRCC Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center

151 Fountain St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503

Doors open at 8:00 AM for check-in, and refreshments. Opening session begins at 8:45 AM.

Arrival & Parking

Parking is included with your Bee School registration!

Park in GRCC's Ramp A parking garage (entrance on Ransom across from the ATC or off Fountain St. - Fountain St. clearance is 6'2", larger vehicles should use Ransom) and enter the Applied Technology Center via the second-floor crosswalk connecting the garage to the building. Follow the Bee School signs to check-in. Consider winter travel times, doors open at 8 and you can enjoy hot coffee and pastries while waiting for sessions to begin.

A parking voucher will be provided at registration. When exiting the garage you will need to first insert your parking ticket (don't lose it!) and then insert the voucher to exit.

Come hungry! Morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon treats are included with admission and all are prepared on-site by GRCC culinary students and staff.

  • Morning: Coffee, tea, water, and assorted sweets.
  • Lunch: Your choice of soup (Zesty Tomato, Stuffed Bell Pepper, or White Chicken Chili) and either a Chicken Caprese Wrap or Goat Cheese and Cherry Salad. All lunches include chips, fruit, a cookie, and soda or water.
  • Afternoon: Assorted brownies.

You will select your wrap or salad when registering. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please email us at grbeeclub@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Accessibility and Event Layout

All Bee School activities, including classrooms, speaker sessions, vendor exhibits, and food service, will be located on the same floor of GRCC's Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center (ATC). The facility is fully accessible, making it easy for attendees to move between sessions and enjoy the day's activities.
